The Water

Onsen Specifics: Six outdoor baths and several indoor baths, with some baths available (for a fee) for private bathing.
Water Good For: Neuralgia, rheumatism, skin problems, back pain.

Each bath is unique, but the most interesting bath in this ryokan is the outdoor green-tea bath. In China, the tea has been used for centuries to cure skin problems. Tea is used in the same way here (although you'll have to pay additional Y1,000 for the experience). A foot bridge the two main buildings and the adjacent woods add to the charm
